The Center for Coaching & Leadership Development, LLC, was formed to unleash the natural gifting, talent, and passion in individuals and organizations, so they can achieve their mission. This could include being the global leader in a specific market, heading up a group of volunteers for a community project, or pursuing a life-long dream. Whether you are leading a multi-million dollar organization, a small business or a group of volunteers, you'll be most energized when your people at all levels in the organization formerly Jordan Training & Consulting was formed in 1988 by Owner, Barbara Jordan Ellis and has continued to provide business, government and public service organizations with training and development programs, consultation and analysis for almost 20 years. Since its formation, Center for Coaching & Leadership Development services have been employed by leaders in almost every industry in their efforts to improve the quality of the products they manufacture or services they offer.
Perhaps the best indicator of the quality of the organization’s work is the fact that more than 90% of its clients request additional services. This is due in large part to the company’s commitment to be customer-focused and maintain a high level of quality and integrity. A precursor to any of the Center's coaching, training or consultation is a thorough needs analysis which identifies and clarifies both the improvement opportunity and the method which will provide the best solution for the client.
